Create Microsoft Agent Framework chatmode (#399)
* Added MAF chatmodes, based on current SK modes. * Renamed to chatmode files * Updated readme with `npm start` * Added model to the chat mode. Sonnet works great for this * Use Magentic-One to be more correct.
